From 11-13 June 2025, the 57th CFDT Ile-de-France Congress took place in Damaris-Les-Lys, France.

The Congress was attended by 490 delegates, guests and organisers, a 16-member delegation from foreign counterparts and 124 Associations from the Ile-de-France region. Four round tables on topical issues were organised and 24 partners of the organisation also participated with 5 stands. Badiaa Souidi, was elected as the new Secretary General.

At the CFDT Ile-de-France Congress, EKA was represented by the President Kostas Koulouris and the Head of International Relations and Environment Christina Theochari.
